Our Modus operands is very transparent , after property tour , presentation & clarifying primary points  of deal  we arrange one to one meeting of both the parties ( seller & buyer) for negotiations & setting up other terms of the  deals .

We have strict policy of keeping “NO FINANCIAL CUT” between the deals. We only charge our “CONSULTANCY FEES”.

We provide “DOOR STEP” services to our clients for real estate & other necessary legal documents so that they do not run from pillar to post for paper work.
